Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-22 · Last updated: 22 October 2026

Welcome to Physica (“Physica”, “we”, “us”), run by the individual who runs Physica as a sole proprietorship (no company is registered yet), postal address available on request at easy@physica.in, at physica.in. These Terms apply to the simulation lab and to Test Series. By using Physica you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who may use Physica

2. What Physica is, and what it is not

Physica offers interactive science simulations, a pre-written educational tutor and full-length mock tests (Test Series) for JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET practice, laid out like the real exams. Test Series is reached from Rank mode, under each exam; its tests run on your own device. It is an educational aid and not a replacement for your school, textbooks or teachers. Simulations use simplified models. We try hard to keep content correct but mistakes are possible; please check important results with your textbook or teacher.

No guarantee of results. Scores, ranks and analysis in Physica are practice indicators only. We do not promise any marks, rank, selection or admission. Physica is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Testing Agency, any IIT, CBSE, NCERT or any exam authority; exam names are used only to describe what the practice is for.

3. Your results

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, copy, photograph, screenshot for sharing, post, sell or publish test questions or solutions; use bots, scrapers or other automated means; attempt to see answers early, extend the timer, or access another person’s data; probe, overload or attack the service or try to break its security; give someone else your answers or take a test for them; send spam or harmful content; or use Physica unlawfully.

Found a security problem? Please report it to easy@physica.in and give us reasonable time to fix it. Good-faith reports that do not harm other users or their data will not lead to action against you.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Physica name, logo, design, simulations, lessons, questions, solutions and code belong to Physica and its creators, except third-party items that keep their own licences (for example open-licensed fonts). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own learning. Everything else is reserved. You may share links to Physica freely. Teachers may show Physica in class; for institution-wide or commercial use write to easy@physica.in.

7. Fees and payments

Physica and the tests published in Test Series are free. No payment is taken and no payment details are collected. If we ever offer paid features we will update these Terms first, show the full price (including taxes) before you pay, take payment only through a licensed payment gateway, and publish a cancellation and refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

8. Third-party services

Some features rely on others: GitHub Pages to host the website, Google Forms for forms, and Google Analytics for visit statistics (you can turn it off on the Privacy page). Their terms may also apply. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We may change, pause or remove features at any time and cannot promise Physica will always be available, error-free or free of charge. We may pause the service briefly if we suspect misuse or a security problem.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

Physica is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of marks, rank, opportunity or data, arising from your use of Physica, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (nil for free services). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any statutory consumer right.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and date are at the top. Continued use of Physica means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law, disputes and grievances

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first at easy@physica.in so we can try to resolve the problem; our Grievance Officer is named in the Privacy Policy and acknowledges complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within one month. Subject to that, the courts in India that have jurisdiction under the law will hear any dispute, without taking away any right you have as a consumer to approach the Consumer Commission where you live or to use any other remedy the law gives you.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Physica about its use.
